Greetings

Hi Guys n Girls My name is James, I have decided to make my own Video Blog about Painting miniatures and my tips on how to paint them well.

I am one of these people who seam to never finish anything, something new always comes along and makes me go ohh, and I start on that before I even finish what I was doing in the first place.

But I aim to change that from now on, and with this blog and videos I aim to upload over the next few weeks will help inspire and make me complete my projects.

So over the next few months I will be showing giving advice and any tips I can for all you budding painter out there. My first project will be a 2000pt Blood angel Army, or just a little over that amount.

A little about myself, I am 30 years old and I have been into the Hobby of war gaming for over 15 years, it all started back in Christmas of 1989 when my parents brought me Hero Quest the board game from MB Games and Games Workshop.

Back then I wasn’t really aloud to do the bigger games like 40k or warhammer due to no local shop that I knew of in the area and not many of my friends doing wargamming, but that all changed when I went to Secondary School, and all my friends started to play Warhammer 40k at the time second edition had just been realised so I brought it one birthday.

Over time I came to the realisation that I was just bad at wargames, I have about as much tactical ability as a cardboard box, and my luck is usually just appalling. But I enjoyed the painting side far more, and always wanted to flied a full painted army on the board instead of grey or silver models that were not painted.

So my plan is to show you guys right from the start to finish on how I build miniatures, and clean them, to painting them. What paints I use on them how to prime them and how to pin them together.

So my plans are to do…

  1. My Blood Angel Army
  2. Then move on to my Warmachine Menoth Army that I have sitting around for some time.
I will add more as I go along but that is my plans for now.

Any way thanks for Reading I hope you enjoy the post and the videos that I will be uploading over the coming months.

James
